thursday’s run was…hard. 
i pushed myself for two miles, hating myself the whole way. 
when i felt like i was going to die, i tapped into my “yoga breathing.”
steady in’s and out’s.  
i believe that’s what got me through my 2 miles, and will be what get’s me through the 13.1 in october.
